Soon to be smoked!
I've got fresh halibut. See the picture!
I'm gonna cold smoke it soon.
20lb fish!
Dark Wheat Ale recipe
Here is recipe. 24 gallons batch.
30 minutes for protein rest at 122F, 60 minutes at 162F and mash out for 15 minutes at 168F.
OG was 1.050.
Dark Ale follow up
We screw up to filter it properly.
So the beer is cloudy, but still tasty.
