As usual it becomes "Bye Bye Modular" one.

Dark Wheat Ale recipe

Here is recipe. 24 gallons batch.
30 minutes for protein rest at 122F, 60 minutes at 162F and mash out for 15 minutes at 168F.
OG was 1.050.

Dark Ale follow up

We screw up to filter it properly.
So the beer is cloudy, but still tasty.

Dark Ale

March 18 we gathered together again and did brew the Dark Ale.
I did mash on my regular schedule: 30 minutes for protein rest at 122F, 75 minutes at 152F and mash out for 15 minutes at 164F. OG was 1.047.
I'm gonna rack it coming Friday, just before the next brew.
The coming beer will be Dark Wheat Ale. Recipe is coming.
